Just when I thought I needed a new washer and before thinking about buying one I thought I would call someone to take a look at it. And all thanks to Chris from Scapelli’s appliance repairs for coming to take a look at it all the way in Pinole, California. Thanks so much for fixing my washer within 2 days of just getting the parts that where needed to get the job done. I been using it and it’s been excellent. Maybe even better then before haha. Saved me a ton of money and repaired for a decent price. Thanks again Chris for wonderful customer service!

Chris was fantastic. He came over same-day to diagnose the problem, then made himself available by phone the next business day to come back with the new part. He was responsive, friendly, and competent. He went above and beyond fixing the original problem; he took a thorough look, noticed a separate issue we hadn't seen yet, and fixed that too. We will definitely use them again if anything else goes wrong with our fridge.

These guys are fantastic. No need to go into minute detail. Chris came when he said he would come. Knew exactly what was wrong with it and fixed it quickly, efficiently and explained everything clearly. Basically he saved us from buying a new fridge saving us a small fortune. Many thanks & high recommendations.

Chris was extremely helpful trying to understand the cause of our evening refrigerator malfunction, even while he was on the way to get his daughter. Then he came back as scheduled and did a thorough job. Now I also know how to better maintain my appliance too.

I live in Vacaville and today my dryer was not functioning and I scrambled around to find a repair man last minute. After a few unsuccessful calls to other places, I found Scapelli’s Appliance Repair and decided to give them a try. Christopher showed up at my door promptly and professionally with his mask on, ready to help me with my issue. He was kind, and very well trained in his profession. He was able to fix my dryer on the spot. I also had him look at another issue in my refrigerator, and he was able to place some parts on order to come back and complete that job. I was very pleased with his work. I’m thankful to have found such a great handyman. This guys knows appliances in and out! Thank you Christopher.
